Grab some plain yogurt and add turmeric, pepper, dhania or coriander powder, Kashmiri chili powder, and some paprika.

Add cumin powder, garam masala, and ginger and garlic paste.

Add kasuri methi or fenugreek leaves, fresh lemon juice, and oil.

Mix all ingredients well to avoid lumps.

Take raw chicken and slice it up a little so spices can penetrate.

Completely coat the chicken with the marinade.

Add salt to the mixture.

Space everything out on a tray.

Pop the tray into your air fryer.

Set the air fryer to 385 degrees Fahrenheit.

Cook for 20 to 22 minutes.

At the halfway point, flip everything over so it cooks evenly.
