5Add 1/4th cup of peanuts and the peeled garlic cloves to a mortar and pestle.
6Crush the peanuts and garlic using the mortar and pestle.
7Transfer the chopped onions, green chillies, and coriander leaves into a bowl.
8Add the crushed peanuts and garlic to the bowl.
9Add 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds to the bowl.
10Add salt to taste, 1/2 teaspoon of black salt, 1 teaspoon of chaat masala, 1 tablespoon of coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon of haldi, 1 teaspoon of jeera powder, and 2 tablespoons of Kashmiri red chilli to the bowl.
11Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in the bowl.
12Heat 1/4th cup of oil in a frying pan.
13Pour the hot oil over the mixture in the bowl.
14Add some lemon juice to the mixture.
15Mix everything well until combined.
