Chicken Khorma Hyderabadi Style

Directions

  1. 1Grind peanuts, dry coconut, poppy seeds, cashew, and almonds into a paste and set aside
  2. 2Heat oil in a pot and add ginger garlic paste, then saute well
  3. 3Add whole garam masala, red chili, and turmeric, then saute everything together
  4. 4Add the ground paste along with a cup of water and sauté well to remove the raw taste
  5. 5Add dahi and mix well, then cook until the oil separates
  6. 6Add chicken and mix well, then add salt to taste
  7. 7Cook until the water dries out and the oil separates
  8. 8Prepare potli masala by cooking khorma potli masala with one glass of water
  9. 9Strain the potli masala water and add it to the chicken
  10. 10Add two glasses of water, fried onions, coriander, mint, green chilies, powdered garam masala, and boiled potatoes, then mix everything well
  11. 11Add rose petals, lemon juice, and rose water
  12. 12Mix well and simmer on low heat until the oil rises to the top

  • 2 Kg Chicken

  • 1 Packet Khorma Potli Masala
  • 1 Glass Water for Potli Masala
  • 2 Glasses Water
  • 300 gm Onion
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Mint Leaves
  • 6 Pieces Green Chilli
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 300 gm Boiled Potato
  • Dry Rose Petals
  • 2 Lemon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Rose Water
