Homemade Chicken Tenders

Directions

  1. 1Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, a little paprika, black pepper, and honey for the honey mustard sauce.
  2. 2Give the honey mustard a good mix.
  3. 3Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, honey, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to a pot for the barbecue sauce.
  4. 4Let the barbecue sauce cool.
  5. 5Add buttermilk to the chicken tenders.
  6. 6Pour hot sauce over the chicken tenders and let them marinate.
  7. 7To the flour, add sazon, paprika, salt and pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  8. 8Bread the chicken tenders thoroughly in the seasoned flour.
  9. 9Drop the breaded chicken tenders into oil heated to 3500F.
  10. 10Fry the chicken tenders for about 5 to 7 minutes until they are golden brown.
