Directions
- 1Add 2 cups of thawed and rinsed frozen corn to a bowl.
- 2Add 1/4 cup of cilantro to the bowl.
- 3Add 1/3 cup of deseeded diced jalapenos to the bowl.
- 4Add some salt.
- 5Add a little bit of sugar.
- 6Add about half of a red onion.
- 7Add about a tablespoon of fresh lime juice.
- 8Mix all the ingredients well.
- 9Let the salsa marinate and then put it in the fridge.
