Directions

  1. 1Add 2 cups of thawed and rinsed frozen corn to a bowl.
  2. 2Add 1/4 cup of cilantro to the bowl.
  3. 3Add 1/3 cup of deseeded diced jalapenos to the bowl.
  4. 4Add some salt.
  5. 5Add a little bit of sugar.
  6. 6Add about half of a red onion.
  7. 7Add about a tablespoon of fresh lime juice.
  8. 8Mix all the ingredients well.
  9. 9Let the salsa marinate and then put it in the fridge.

  • 0.25 cup cilantro
  • 0.33 cup diced jalapenos
  • salt
  • sugar
  • 0.5 red onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
