Roast the pumpkin seeds (pepita) in a pan.

Remove the roasted pepita into a bowl.

Cut the top of the habanero peppers and add them to the pan.

Add the tomatoes and garlic to the pan and roast them.

Chop the cilantro.

Cut the orange and limes in half.

Extract the juice from the orange and limes.

Peel the roasted garlic.

Tips
The heat comes from habanero, but it is gentle and always adjustable because like I always say, make it your own.
Serve it with duras, chips, crudit e, grilled meats, tacos, whatever's around. It adds richness and depth without trying too hard.
