Directions
1
Mix all ingredients until you get an elastic and somewhat sticky dough.
2
Make a ball and store it in a bowl, greased with sunflower oil, and cover with a film.
3
Let stand for a few hours until it doubles in size.
4
Once the dough has fermented, cut small portions of about 80 grams (to make them small) or about 300 g as in the video.
5
With the help of oil on the table and hands, form a ball.
6
Let ferment for approximately 1.5 hours and bake.
7
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cook for 20 minutes at 170 degrees.
8
Let cool and it's ready!
9
Dust with powdered sugar.
Ingredients
450 g flour
100 g butter or lard
100 g mashed potatoes
100 g sugar
50 ml milk or water
2 eggs
15 g fresh yeast

powdered sugar
Tips
The amount of flour may vary depending on each flour. You have to adjust the quantity, depending on how the dough looks like.
You can use this dough for donuts, cinnamon rolls and french toasts.
