Directions

  1. 1Mix all ingredients until you get an elastic and somewhat sticky dough.
  2. 2Make a ball and store it in a bowl, greased with sunflower oil, and cover with a film.
  3. 3Let stand for a few hours until it doubles in size.
  4. 4Once the dough has fermented, cut small portions of about 80 grams (to make them small) or about 300 g as in the video.
  5. 5With the help of oil on the table and hands, form a ball.
  6. 6Let ferment for approximately 1.5 hours and bake.
  7. 7Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cook for 20 minutes at 170 degrees.
  8. 8Let cool and it's ready!
  9. 9Dust with powdered sugar.

Ingredients

  • 450 g flour
  • 100 g butter or lard
  • 100 g mashed potatoes
  • 100 g sugar
  • 50 ml milk or water
  • 2 eggs
  • 15 g fresh yeast
  • sunflower oil
  • powdered sugar

Tips

  • The amount of flour may vary depending on each flour. You have to adjust the quantity, depending on how the dough looks like.
  • You can use this dough for donuts, cinnamon rolls and french toasts.
