Cheesy Taco Cups
Directions
- 1Crumble and cook ground beef, removing excess grease.
- 2Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- 3Fold in the cheese.
- 4Butter or spray a muffin pan.
- 5Split jumbo biscuits in half and tamper or press in each tin.
- 6Add the filling and bake at 375 for 14-16 minutes, or until the biscuit edges are golden brown.
