Directions

  1. 1Mix together all purpose flour, salt and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. 2Add the boneless chicken into the bowl and mix well.
  3. 3Pass the chicken mixture through a sieve to remove excess flour.
  4. 4Beat the eggs with a fork.
  5. 5Dip the chicken in the beaten eggs.
  6. 6Coat the chicken with the flour mixture again.
  7. 7Fry the chicken until light golden or crisp.
