Directions
- 1In a microwave safe bowl, add 1/4 cup of butter, 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of peanut butter.
- 2Microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring every 10 seconds until melted.
- 3In a big ziplock bag, put 9 cups of Chex cereal and 2 cups of chocolate rice cereal.
- 4Once the mixture is melted, add 1 teaspoon of vanilla and mix it up.
- 5Pour the melted mixture over the cereal in the bag.
- 6Shake it up.
- 7Add 1.5 to 2 cups of powdered sugar to the bag.
- 8Shake it up.
