Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the ground beef and cook until browned.

Drain if needed.

Add onion and peppers; cook 3–4 minutes until softened.

Stir in garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Push everything to one side of the skillet.

Pour the beaten eggs into the empty space and scramble until cooked.

Add the cooked rice and break it apart with a spatula.

Pour in soy sauce and Worcestershire.

Stir everything together and cook 3–4 minutes until the rice absorbs the flavors.

Drizzle with a little sesame oil if you like, and let it crisp slightly on the bottom.

Tips
