Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the ground beef and cook until browned.

Drain if needed.

Add onion and peppers; cook 3–4 minutes until softened.

Stir in garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Push everything to one side of the skillet.

Pour the beaten eggs into the empty space and scramble until cooked.

Add the cooked rice and break it apart with a spatula.

Pour in soy sauce and Worcestershire.

Stir everything together and cook 3–4 minutes until the rice absorbs the flavors.

Drizzle with a little sesame oil if you like, and let it crisp slightly on the bottom.

Garnish with green onions or red pepper flakes and serve warm.

1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 cups cooked rice (preferably cold)
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
0.5 teaspoon pepper
0.25 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
sesame oil
red pepper flakes
green onions

Tips
Use cold cooked rice for better texture.
Drizzle with sesame oil and let it crisp slightly on the bottom for added flavor.
