One-Pan Beef & Pepper Fried Rice

Directions

  1. 1Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. 3Drain if needed.
  4. 4Add onion and peppers; cook 3–4 minutes until softened.
  5. 5Stir in garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. 6Push everything to one side of the skillet.
  7. 7Pour the beaten eggs into the empty space and scramble until cooked.
  8. 8Add the cooked rice and break it apart with a spatula.
  9. 9Pour in soy sauce and Worcestershire.
  10. 10Stir everything together and cook 3–4 minutes until the rice absorbs the flavors.
  11. 11Drizzle with a little sesame oil if you like, and let it crisp slightly on the bottom.
  12. 12Garnish with green onions or red pepper flakes and serve warm.
