Directions

  1. 1Mix 100g of pomade butter with 160g of sugar.
  2. 2Add one egg and vanilla.
  3. 3Add 200g of flour.
  4. 4Add 150g of chocolate chips.
  5. 5Place the dough in the freezer for 25 minutes.
  6. 6Make small balls of dough.
  7. 7Place the small balls in the freezer for 25 minutes.
  8. 8Bake the cookies for 10 minutes at 180°C.
  9. 9Pipe spread onto the back of a biscuit.
  10. 10Close by placing another cookie on top and pressing lightly.
