Corn Dog Casserole

Directions

  1. 1Sauté green onion with celery and some butter in a skillet.
  2. 2Add the sautéed mixture to a bowl.
  3. 3In the same skillet, toss and cook the hot dogs until they are browned and delicious.
  4. 4Add the hot dogs to the bowl with the green onion and celery.
  5. 5Add one cup of milk to the bowl.
  6. 6Add two eggs to the bowl.
  7. 7Add a little mustard and hot sauce to the bowl.
  8. 8Add two packages of dry corn bread mix to the bowl.
  9. 9Toss in 1.5 cups of shredded cheese to the bowl and mix well.
  10. 10Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
  11. 11Top with more cheese.
  12. 12Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
