Tips

  • Use any lasagna recipe you love!
  • You can use all beef, all sausage, you can sub regular pork breakfast sausage for Italian sausage, you can add diced pepperoni, you can sub ground turkey for the ground beef…anything!
  • Part skim ricotta or cottage cheese can be used instead of whole milk ricotta.
  • Use regular storebought Americanized mozzarella instead of fresh mozzarella.
  • The lasagna rollups can be frozen before baking.
  • Double the recipe to make a whole bunch
