Directions

  1. 1Crumble and cook ground beef in a skillet.
  2. 2Remove excess grease from the ground beef.
  3. 3Stir in taco seasoning and water.
  4. 4Simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. 5Fold in the cheese until melted and combined.
  6. 6Butter or spray a muffin pan.
  7. 7Split jumbo biscuits in half.
  8. 8Tamper or press each biscuit half into the muffin tin to form a cup.
  9. 9Add the taco meat filling into each biscuit cup.
  10. 10Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 14 to 16 minutes, or until the biscuit edges are golden brown.
  11. 11Remove from the oven and serve.
