Directions

- 3Add a spoonful of seasoned ground beef into each tortilla cup.
- 4Layer with cooked rice and more seasoned ground beef.
- 5Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- 6Bake in oven until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 7Top with sour cream, diced tomatoes, jalapeños, and cilantro.
- 8Cut in half and serve.
