Mix together the flour, salt, and heavy cream in a large bowl.

Cut the dough into 12 equal pieces.

Roll each piece of dough into a small ball.

Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cover the dough balls with a kitchen towel and let them sit for about 20 minutes.

Dust a clean surface with flour, then flatten one dough ball and roll it out with a rolling pin until it's thin.

Place the rolled-out dough into a hot pan on a portable stove.

Cook the tortilla until it puffs up and gets golden brown spots, then flip and cook the other side.
