Place eggs into a pot of boiling water.

Boil the eggs for 7 minutes.

After boiling, place the eggs in an ice bath to prevent overcooking.

Carefully peel your eggs.

Put the peeled eggs into a separate container.

Chop down a bunch of green onions.

Chop half a yellow onion.

Mince down a bunch of garlic.

Dice up one jalapeño.

Add gochujang to a bowl with the chopped vegetables.

Add water to the marinade.

Add soy sauce to the marinade.

Add dark soy sauce to the marinade.

Add honey to the marinade.

Add Korean red pepper flakes to the marinade.

Add MSG to the marinade.

Add a bunch of sesame seeds to the marinade.

Mix the marinade until it looks like a sauce.

Add the marinade to your eggs in the container.

Cover the eggs and marinade with a paper towel so your eggs are fully covered.

When ready to serve, place a bed of rice in a bowl.

2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Tips
