Creamy Pesto Chicken Pasta
Directions
- 1Sauté one green bell pepper and a red onion with a big tablespoon of salt.
- 2Add in a couple of tablespoons of good quality pesto.
- 3Add some pasta water.
- 4Once the water has evaporated, add in lots of heavy cream.
- 5Add spices and a flour mixture to help thicken up the sauce.
- 6Finally add in the al dente penne pasta with freshly chopped parsley.
