Directions

  1. 1Sauté one green bell pepper and a red onion with a big tablespoon of salt.
  2. 2Add in a couple of tablespoons of good quality pesto.
  3. 3Add some pasta water.
  4. 4Once the water has evaporated, add in lots of heavy cream.
  5. 5Add spices and a flour mixture to help thicken up the sauce.
  6. 6Finally add in the al dente penne pasta with freshly chopped parsley.
