Key Lime Pie with Crispy Krispy Kreme Doughnuts

Directions
- 1Blend the oats with brown sugar, salt, and vegan butter to form the base.
- 2Press the base mixture into a cake tin and add it to the fridge.
- 3Combine coconut oil, vegan cream cheese, the juice of eight limes, sugar, and lime zest in a blender.
- 4Pour the blended mixture into a bowl and whisk it up.
- 5Pour the cream mixture on top of the base.
- 6Zest the top of the pie with more lime zest and add it to the fridge overnight.
- 7Place Krispy Kreme donuts in a pan and cook them until the sugar coating crystallizes and gets crunchy.
- 8Cut the donuts in half and decorate the top of the pie.
- 9Slice and serve the Key Lime Pie with Krispy Kreme donuts.

- 1 cup melted coconut oil
- 0.75 cup caster sugar
- 0.5 cup lime juice
- 8 limes
- 2 lime zest
- Original glazed Krispy Kreme donuts
