Ingredients: 2 tablespoons soy sauce; 2 tablespoons rice vinegar; 2 tablespoons sesame oil; 1 tablespoon peanut oil; 1 tablespoon oyster sauce; 1 teaspoon chili sauce; 2 cloves crushed garlic; 1 tablespoon brown sugar; 1 teaspoon sesame seeds; 1 teaspoon chopped shallots; 1 teaspoon ginger; 1 pinch salt; 1 pinch pepper; napa cabbage; red cabbage; chopped chicken breast; carrots; red bell pepper; yellow bell pepper; edamame; English cucumber; fried wonton strips; sliced green onion; cilantro; chopped basil; mint; toasted sesame seeds

Directions

1Pour 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar into a wooden bowl.
2Add 2 tablespoons of sesame oil to the bowl.
3Add a tablespoon of peanut oil or olive oil and white wine to the bowl.
4Pour a tablespoon of oyster sauce and a teaspoon of chili sauce into the bowl.
5Add 2 cloves of crushed garlic, a tablespoon of brown sugar, a teaspoon of sesame seeds, a teaspoon of chopped shallots, and ginger to the bowl.
6Add salt and pepper to taste.
7Whisk all the ingredients in the bowl to make the dressing.
8Add finely chopped napa and red cabbage to the bowl.
9Add chopped chicken breast.
10Add carrots, red and yellow bell pepper, and edamame.
11Add English cucumber.
12Add fried wonton strips.
13Add sliced green onion, cilantro, chopped basil, mint, and toasted sesame seeds.
14Toss the salad until all ingredients are well combined.
