Add light butter to a pan.

Add 800g of ground/minced beef to the pan.

Cook the beef on high heat for 6-8 minutes until fully brown.

Add 1.5 tablespoons of minced garlic paste to the beef.

Add 50g of soy sauce to the beef.

Add 30g of honey or maple syrup.

Add 25g of rice vinegar.

Add chopped green onion to the beef.

Add sesame seeds to the beef.

Mix and cook for 5 minutes extra until golden and crispy.

Set the cooked beef aside.

Add chopped garlic, white, and green onion to the pan.

Cook these for 5-6 minutes until soft.

Push the cooked vegetables to the side of the pan.

Add 4 beaten eggs to the pan.

Mix the eggs until scrambled.

Add 520g of cooked white rice to the pan.

Add 30g of soy sauce to the rice.

Add 60g of chili garlic sauce.

For the Yum Yum sauce, add 50g of fat-free yogurt to a bowl.

Add 50g of light mayo.

Mix until completely silky smooth.

Serve the fried rice and beef into meal prep containers.

25 g Sriracha
1 Tsp Garlic Powder

Tips
Cook the beef on high heat for 6-8 minutes to develop a good brown color.
Lower the heat to medium when adding the garlic, soy sauce, and maple syrup to the beef.
Let the beef cook for another 5 minutes to get crispy.
Cook the onions and garlic for 5 minutes until softened.
Push the vegetables to the side and cook the eggs on low heat until scrambled.
When adding the rice and extra soy sauce, give everything a good mix to coat every grain of rice. Add extra soy sauce if needed to darken the color.
