Directions
- 1Starting off as always with one or two cups of shredded chicken breast.
- 2Have our combo of Greek yogurt and blended cottage cheese.
- 3Then we're going to add in, I'm using turkey bacon, but you can use regular bacon or bacon bits, whatever you prefer.
- 4Diced pickled jalapenos, chopped celery and freshly shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese.
- 5Onion powder, garlic powder.
- 6And we're going to add ranch. I don't have any more of that Hidden Valley jalapeno ranch, but if you had that, like the packet, that one was so good.
- 7Fresh cracked black pepper. I'm going to wait to add the salt because I like to mix everything first and taste because there's going to be a lot of sodium added.
- 8We're going to add about a tablespoon or so buffalo sauce, depending on how spicy you like it.
- 9Just going to add the rest.
- 10And a little bit of sriracha, it's going to add a nice little garlic spice too.
- 11If you really miss that mayo flavor, you can add a tablespoon of mayo like always, or you can add a couple wedges of laughing cow cheese.
- 12Look at that. Look how good that looks.
- 13We got chicken salad chick. Is this your favorite one? Yeah. Spicy chicken bacon ranch. Oh no, I didn't know this was chicken bacon ranch. That's this exact recipe just without buffalo. That's the Sassy Scotty. Oh, of course. My apologies.

- 1 cup shredded chicken breast
- 1 stalk celery, finely diced
- 0.33 cup blended cottage cheese
- 0.33 cup Greek yogurt
- 0.33 cup diced pickled Jalapeno
- 2 pieces turkey bacon, diced
- 0.25 cup bacon bits
- 0.33 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
- 1 light laughing cow cheese wedge
- 1 tbsp light mayo
- 2 tbsp buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- salt
- pepper
