Directions

1Cut 8 slices of bread in half diagonally. Then flatten the cut side with a flat object.
2Deep fry the bread until golden brown.
3Boil 6 eggs until cooked.
4Peel the boiled eggs and chop them.
5In a ziploc bag, add the chopped eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper.
6Add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise to the ziploc bag.
7Mix well, seal the ziploc bag and shake until everything is mixed well.
8Cut a small opening in the corner of the ziploc bag.
9Fill the deep-fried bread with the egg salad.
