Directions

  1. 1Heat the frying oil.
  2. 2Add 100 grams of chopped shallots and cook until lightly toasted, stirring every minute until golden brown.
  3. 3Add 20 grams of garlic and cook for about two minutes.
  4. 4Add a tablespoon of soy sauce and one teaspoon of salt.
  5. 5Add half a cup of red pepper flakes and half a cup of Korean red chili flakes.
  6. 6Cook everything together for about two minutes, continuously stirring.
  7. 7Turn off the stove and remove the pan from heat.
  8. 8Store this in a glass jar and let cool.
