Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta

Directions

  1. 1Boil the pasta in a pot with water and salt.
  2. 2Drain the cooked pasta and set aside.
  3. 3Place the chicken breasts in a ziploc bag and flatten them using a meat tenderizer.
  4. 4Season the chicken breasts with oil, Cajun seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, dry parsley, paprika, and Old Bay.
  5. 5Cook the chicken breasts in a skillet with 3-4 tablespoons of oil for 5-10 minutes per side.
  6. 6Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  7. 7In the same skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
  8. 8Add chopped onion and red bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened.
  9. 9Stir in diced tomatoes.
  10. 10Add heavy cream and chicken broth to the skillet.
  11. 11Add cream cheese and stir until the sauce is creamy.
  12. 12Season with chicken bouillon and Cajun seasoning, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  13. 13Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to coat.
  14. 14Cut the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and add it to the pasta.
  15. 15Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the pasta.

  • 1 tsp chicken bouillon
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese
