Creamy Pesto Orzo
Directions
- 1Chop the sausages and set aside.
- 2Heat olive oil in a pan.
- 3Add the chopped sausages to the pan.
- 4Chop the onion and add it to the pan.
- 5Chop the garlic using a garlic chopper and add it to the pan.
- 6Add the pesto and heavy cream to the pan.
- 7Add the orzo to the pan.
- 8Add the chicken broth to the pan.
- 9Stir and cover, cooking until the orzo is tender.
- 10Juice the lemon and add it to the pan.
- 11Add the parmesan cheese to the pan.
- 12Serve and enjoy!
