  1. 1Add corn starch, flour, and soy sauce to the cubed chicken thighs.
  2. 2Adjust with water until each piece is essentially covered with a beautiful paste.
  3. 3Drop the coated chicken into oil heated to about 365 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. 4After a few minutes, pull the chicken out and allow it to rest.
  5. 5Fry the chicken again for a minute to get extra golden.
  6. 6Transfer the fried chicken to a wired rack.
  7. 7Sprinkle a little salt on the chicken.
  8. 8For the sauce, start by melting down some butter in a pan.
  9. 9Add fresh garlic to the melted butter.
  10. 10Add chili flakes to the garlic.
  11. 11Pour in sweet chili sauce.
