Cinnamon Loaf Cake
Directions
- 1Place the batter into a loaf pan, greased and floured.
- 2Add the streusel to the batter.
- 3Bake the cake.
- 4Once the cake is ready, pour the cream cheese glaze over the top.
- 5In a bowl, mix together the butter and sugar.
- 6Add the eggs to the mixture and beat.
- 7Add the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- 8Add the sour cream and vanilla.
- 9Add the cinnamon.
- 10Mix well.
