Hot Honey Tenders + Garlic Parm Fries

Directions

  1. 1Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2Cut the chicken breast into 4 strips.
  3. 3Combine the chicken, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. 4Crush corn flakes in a bag.
  5. 5Coat the chicken strips with the crushed corn flakes.
  6. 6Air fry the chicken for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. 7Mix together honey and sriracha to create the hot honey sauce.
  8. 8Microwave the hot honey sauce for 30 seconds to thin it out.
  9. 9Dip the cooked chicken tenders in the hot honey sauce.
  10. 10Cut the potato into long pieces, using a veggie chopper if desired.
  11. 11Add Cajun seasoning to the cut potatoes.
  12. 12Air fry the potatoes at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes or until crispy, flipping halfway through.
  13. 13Melt together low-fat butter, Parmesan, and minced garlic clove to create garlic butter.
  14. 14Add the garlic butter and parsley to the fries.
  15. 15Serve the hot honey tenders with garlic parmesan fries and a side of ranch.

Tips

  • If you add fries back in for a couple minutes after adding butter they get super crispy.
