Take yogurt, red onion, and spices from the fridge.

Place a wooden board on the counter.

Cut the red onion.

Add yogurt, chopped onion, spices, and gram flour into the blender.

Add water to the mixture and blend everything well.

Pour the blended mixture into a glass bowl and add hot water.

Add green chutney and cake into the mixture.

Turn on the stove and place a pot on it.

Add cooking oil, bay leaves, and mustard seeds into the pot.

Pour the Kadhi mixture into the pot and stir well.

Chop the red onions.

Peel and cube the potatoes, then add them to a glass bowl.

Add chopped green chilies to the glass bowl.

Add spices, flour, and water into the bowl and mix well with your hands.

Add whey protein to the pot.

Add water to another pot and turn on the stove.

Pour a lot of cooking oil into a pan.

Fry the potato-onion mixture in the hot oil.

Slice fresh oranges.

Add orange slices, orange juice, and ice into a glass.

Add coconut water into the glass and stir.

Remove the fried mixture and set aside.

Add cooking oil to a small pan, then add spices and green chilies.

Add the fried mixture and small pan mixture into the Kadhi pot and stir well.

Place cooked rice onto a plate.

Pour the Kadhi mixture over the rice and it is ready to be eaten.

Tips
Blend yogurt, onion, ginger garlic, besan, salt, red chilli, turmeric, and cumin powder together until smooth.
Add tamarind and water, mix well.
Mix everything well into a sticky mixture.
Add the hot pakoras directly into the simmered kadhi.
Heat oil or ghee, add all and let them sizzle pour over the kadhi.
