Oreo Dessert

Directions
- 1Add 600g of Oreo cookies to a mold with a removable bottom lined with non-stick paper.
- 2In a large pot, add two egg yolks, 100g of sugar, and the juice of one lemon, then mix very well until the yolks dissolve.
- 3Add 600ml of milk and two of corn starch, and mix to integrate.
- 4After the starch dissolves, light the fire at medium-low power and continue mixing until a smooth, homogeneous cream is formed.
- 5Add 50g of unsalted butter and 100g of white chocolate, and mix until the chocolate and butter melt.
- 6Add this cream to the pan with the cookies and spread it evenly.
- 7Return to the refrigerator and let it cool for at least two hours.
- 8After that time, unmold the dessert.
- 9To finish, decorate with chocolate chips to taste.
