Directions

  1. 1Infuse and strain gin and dried hibiscus.
  2. 2Add 2 dashes of orange bitters to a mixing glass.
  3. 3Add 22.5ml of elderflower liqueur.
  4. 4Add 60ml of hibiscus gin.
  5. 5Add ice to the mixing glass.
  6. 6Stir the ingredients in the mixing glass.
  7. 7Add a large ice cube to an old fashioned glass.
  8. 8Strain the cocktail into the glass.
  9. 9Express oils from an orange peel over the drink and use it as a garnish.

  • 22.5 ml Elderflower Liqueur
  • 60 ml Hibiscus Gin
  • ice
  • orange peel
