hibiscus gin drink

Directions
- 1Infuse and strain gin and dried hibiscus.
- 2Add 2 dashes of orange bitters to a mixing glass.
- 3Add 22.5ml of elderflower liqueur.
- 4Add 60ml of hibiscus gin.
- 5Add ice to the mixing glass.
- 6Stir the ingredients in the mixing glass.
- 7Add a large ice cube to an old fashioned glass.
- 8Strain the cocktail into the glass.
- 9Express oils from an orange peel over the drink and use it as a garnish.
