Slice your steaks into cubes, season with pink salt, black pepper, garlic, parsley, and olive oil.

Mix the seasoned steak well to combine.

Slice your potato into cubes.

Season potatoes with salt, black pepper, cumin, paprika, garlic, and optional olive oil.

Mix potatoes well then oven or air fry on the settings listed on screen (20-22 minutes at 200C).

Make the spicy sauce with natural yogurt, light mayo, chipotle chili paste, salt, smoked paprika, and garlic.

Blend all spicy sauce ingredients till completely smooth.

In a hot pan, add grass-fed butter.

Cook the beef for 2 minutes on each side till golden brown.

Add fresh garlic and parsley to the beef.

Give the beef a good mix, then set it aside.

Add eight whole eggs to the pan.

Scramble the eggs till fluffy.

Distribute equally into four servings.

22.5 g grass-fed butter for cooking
1050 g cubed raw potatoes
1.5 Tsp pink salt
1.5 Tsp black pepper
1.5 Tsp cumin
1.5 Tsp paprika
1.5 Tsp garlic powder
olive oil or cooking spray
150 g natural yogurt
75 g light mayo
75 g chipotle chili paste
1.5 Tsp salt
1.5 Tsp smoked paprika
1.5 Tsp garlic powder
12 whole eggs (pasture raised preferably)
1.5 pinch salt
1.5 pinch pepper

Tips
Marinate the steak for as long as possible for the seasonings to absorb into the meat
Make the spicy sauce in batches to store for weeks in the fridge
When cooking the steak, make sure the pan is on high heat to develop a good crust - 2 mins each side!
Oven or Air Fry the potatoes for 20-22 mins at 200C
Cook the eggs on medium heat and keep stirring till fluffy
Reheat everything in a pan when ready to eat and drizzle the sauce
