Grab a blender and add three roma tomatoes, a fourth of a piece of onion, two garlic cloves, a small handful of cilantro, and one cup of water.
Pour in some chicken bouillon and some oregano.
Blend the sauce well and set it aside.
Grab a large pan and set in one pound of ground beef over medium heat.
Break up the ground beef and season with garlic salt, black pepper, and cumin.
Allow the beef to cook for ten minutes until fully cooked through.
Add in three chopped potatoes and five roasted green chiles cut into small pieces.
Give everything another quick mix, then pour in the sauce that was blended earlier.
Make sure all of the ingredients are well combined.
Lower the heat to a medium low, cover the pan with a lid, and allow everything to simmer for fifteen minutes or until the potatoes become fork tender.
