1Brown 1 pound of 93/7 ground beef with a half of a diced yellow onion.
2Once meat is completely browned, add 1 packet of your favorite taco seasoning, 1 can of undrained diced tomatoes with green chilies, and 1 cup of white rice.
3Mix all together and add 2 cups of beef bone broth.
4Mix that together and bring to a boil.
5Cover and reduce to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes.
6Once done, divide evenly amongst your containers. This will make four servings.
7Top with 1/4 cup of Mexican shredded cheese.
8Top with a little sour cream and salsa.

This recipe is totally customizable, you can just do beef broth instead of bone broth, add whatever veggies you want and swap the meat.
