  1. 1In a bowl, mix together chicken, laughing cows, Greek yogurt/cottage cheese, and ranch.
  2. 2Add salsa (optional).
  3. 3Mix well.
  4. 4Add crushed mini Doritos.
  5. 5Add shredded Mexican cheese (optional).
  6. 6Bake or microwave until cheese melts.
