Cilantro Lime Rice

Directions
- 1Rinse the white rice thoroughly.
- 2Add rice to a pot with water, chicken bouillon, and butter. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer until the water is absorbed and rice is cooked.
- 3Fluff the cooked rice with a fork.
- 4Stir in minced garlic, lime zest, lime juice, and chopped cilantro.

- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 whole lime, zested
- 1 whole lime, juiced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
