1Melt butter completely in a saucepan and add the chocolate. Let it melt on low heat so it doesn’t burn!
2Meanwhile, separate the eggs, and add them to two separate bowls with 50 grams of sugar in each bowl. With an electric mixer, start by whisking the egg whites stiff with the sugar in one of the bowls, and whisk up the egg yolks in the other bowl. (Around 3-4 minutes each)
3Fold the whipped egg yolks into the whites (barely mixed together) and add the melted chocolate and butter mixture into the mixture.
4When the mixture is completely homogenous, keep it in the bowl or add it to a preferred serving dish.
