Directions

  1. 1Cook 3 lbs of 96/4 beef seasoned with 8g paprika, 8g garlic, 6g onion, 6g pepper, and 4g salt.
  2. 2Chop and cook 20 slices of beef bacon.
  3. 3Cook 20 happy eggs with 4g all-purpose seasoning.
  4. 4Place 4 lbs of frozen southern-style diced potatoes on a pan and do some light passes over the top.
  5. 5Bake the potatoes in the oven at 400° for 20 minutes, then broil at 500° for 10 minutes.
  6. 6Add the cooked bacon to the beef pan, keeping the grease.
  7. 7Add the cooked eggs to the beef pan.
  8. 8Add the cooked potatoes to the beef pan.
  9. 9Mix and distribute all ingredients as evenly as possible into 10 meal prep containers.
  10. 10Optionally, add Frank's red protein sauce, honey mustard protein sauce, or Southwest chipotle sauce for different flavor profiles.
