Carrot Cake

Directions
- 1Add medium carrots, oil, and eggs to the blender.
- 2Blend until smooth.
- 3Add sugar.
- 4Blend again.
- 5Pour the blended mixture into a bowl.
- 6Add wheat flour and baking powder.
- 7Combine all ingredients.
- 8Pour batter into the baking pan.
- 9Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
- 10Make the chocolate topping with chocolate powder, milk and sugar.
- 11Pour the chocolate topping over the baked cake.
