Pour liquid into a bowl with sourdough starter.

Whisk the starter into the water.

Add flour to the mixture.

Mix the ingredients together to form a dough.

Shape the dough into a round.

Bake in a Dutch oven.

Cut the bread in half.
Ingredients
175 g active sourdough starter
325 g water
475 g flour
10 g salt
100 g shredded cheese
2 tablespoons dried herbs basil, oregano, parsley, thyme

banneton basket
Dutch oven
Tips
Mix starter, water, flour and salt until combined.
Cover and rest for 30 minutes.
Complete 4 sets of stretch and folds, 1 round every 30 minutes.
Add your mix ins during your second last round.
Cover and let rise for 2-3 hours in a warm spot. It should rise by 40-50%.
Shape your dough, place in banneton basket and let it cold proof in the fridge for 2 hours.
Bake in a preheated Dutch oven at 450°F (230°C) for 20 minutes lid on, 15-20 minutes lid off until gold brown, and internal temperature of 200-205f
