Directions

  1. 1Mix oil and dijon mustard in a small bowl.
  2. 2Cut a hole in the center of the bread slice using a 2-inch round cutter.
  3. 3Brush both sides of the bread with the oil mixture.
  4. 4Place bread in air fryer basket and air fry at 400 degrees for 4 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. 5Crack the egg into the center hole of the bread.
  6. 6Spray egg with oil spray and season with salt and pepper.
  7. 7Cook in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 5 minutes until the egg white is opaque but still jiggly.
  8. 8Turn off the air fryer and let the egg sit inside for 3 minutes to set the egg white.
