Directions
- 1Mix oil and dijon mustard in a small bowl.
- 2Cut a hole in the center of the bread slice using a 2-inch round cutter.
- 3Brush both sides of the bread with the oil mixture.
- 4Place bread in air fryer basket and air fry at 400 degrees for 4 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- 5Crack the egg into the center hole of the bread.
- 6Spray egg with oil spray and season with salt and pepper.
- 7Cook in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 5 minutes until the egg white is opaque but still jiggly.
- 8Turn off the air fryer and let the egg sit inside for 3 minutes to set the egg white.
