- 1Prepare your ingredients by first grinding graham crackers using a grater into a bowl.
- 2Drain the 398 ml can of crushed pineapple using a strainer and a fork to remove as much moisture as possible.
- 3Add one block of softened cream cheese into a mixing bowl.
- 4Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until it is smooth and creamy.
- 5Add half a cup of graham cracker crumbs to the cream cheese.
- 6Add one cup of shredded coconut to the mixture.
- 7Mix the crumbs and coconut into the cream cheese using a spatula.
- 8Add one 85-gram box of Jello powder (pineapple or orange flavor) to the mixture.
- 9Incorporate the Jello powder into the cream cheese mixture.
- 10Add the well-drained crushed pineapple into the bowl.
- 11Mix everything well together until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- 12Place the mixture in the fridge to chill for about an hour to make it easier to form balls.
- 13Use a small cookie scoop to portion out the mixture and form it into balls.
- 14Roll some of the balls in shredded coconut.
- 15Roll the remaining balls in graham cracker crumbs.

Tips
