Directions

  1. 1Prepare the strawberry jam by cooking diced strawberries with sugar.
  2. 2In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. 3Scoop the mixture onto a baking sheet.
  4. 4Cream together butter and sugar.
  5. 5Add eggs and vanilla extract to the mix.
  6. 6Add flour and mix until combined.
  7. 7Gently fold in the strawberry jam.
  8. 8Scoop the cookie dough into balls and flatten slightly.
  9. 9Place a dollop of cream cheese mixture on half of the cookie dough balls, top with another cookie dough ball and pinch to seal.
  10. 10Roll the cookie dough balls in sugar.
  11. 11Bake the cookies.

  • 1 bowl strawberries
  • 1 bowl sugar
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 unit eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 jar strawberry jam
  • 1 bowl sugar
