Directions

  1. 1Cut the onion and sauté it in butter until golden brown.
  2. 2Add the minced garlic.
  3. 3Add the sun-dried tomatoes, black pepper, and heavy cream.
  4. 4Mix well until the sauce thickens.
  5. 5Cook the pasta separately.
  6. 6Combine the pasta and sauce. Garnish with parsley and chives.

  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 serving pasta
  • 1 handful parley
  • 1 handful chives
