Directions
1
Drop two large chicken breasts into your slow cooker.
2
Drop a block of softened cream cheese in the slow cooker.
3
Cover it with a packet's worth of taco seasoning and a can of mild green chilies.
4
Throw the lid on the slow cooker.
5
Set your slow cooker to low for two to three hours and wait.
6
Once the chicken is done and falling apart, shred it.
7
Once the chicken is shredded and everything is mixed together, stir in about a cup of your choice of cheese.
8
Throw the lid back on so the cheese will melt and everything can get cozy.
9
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
10
Grab a tortilla (zero carb flour tortillas are recommended).
11
Scoop some of the chicken mixture into your tortilla, not too much.
12
Roll up the tortilla.
13
Drop the rolled taquito on a foil-lined baking sheet.
14
Spray the taquitos with some cooking oil (avocado oil is recommended).
15
Throw the baking sheet in the oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit until they get as crispy as you want them, about 10 minutes.
16
While the taquitos are cooling off, whip up some dipping sauce.
17
Get a small bowl and mix together two parts sour cream to one part the salsa of your choice.
18
Whisk the dipping sauce ingredients together.
19
Once the taquitos have cooled down, grab the dipping sauce, pick up your favorite taquito, and dip it.
