Add 1 cup of white sugar to the whisked eggs and mix until combined.

Add 0.25 cup of melted butter to the wet ingredients and whisk.

Tips
Do not overmix the batter when making puto cheese.
Use white sugar for a better color.
Use a strainer to remove lumps from the batter.
