Copycat Taco Bell Mexican Pizza

Directions

  1. 1Chop an onion and brown hamburger meat in a pan.
  2. 2Once browned, add water and a packet of your favorite taco seasoning to the hamburger meat.
  3. 3Reduce heat and let the taco meat simmer for a little bit.
  4. 4Heat vegetable oil to almost 350 degrees.
  5. 5Poke some holes in flour tortillas with a toothpick or a fork to prevent bubbling.
  6. 6Fry each tortilla in the hot oil for 15 to 30 seconds per side.
  7. 7Drain the fried tortillas on a wire rack with paper towels underneath.
  8. 8Place a drained tortilla on a parchment paper lined baking tray.
  9. 9Shovel some refried beans onto the tortilla.
  10. 10Shovel some taco meat on top of the refried beans.
  11. 11Add a little bit of Mexican four cheese.
  12. 12Place another fried tortilla on top to create a sandwich.
  13. 13Dump some red enchilada sauce on the top tortilla.
  14. 14Add some more cheese on top of the enchilada sauce.
  15. 15Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.

Tips
