Directions

  1. 1Whip one cup of heavy whipping cream until nice stiff peaks form.
  2. 2In a separate bowl, whip together cream cheese, sweetener, lemon juice, and a bit of vanilla extract until it's really nice and smooth.
  3. 3Add the cream cheese mixture to the whipped heavy whipping cream.
  4. 4Whip this until it is super airy and super smooth.
  5. 5Pipe the mousse into jars.
  6. 6Top with lemon zest and enjoy.
